We will perform the following: add one (1) device to an existing (working) wired/wireless network. Devices can be a PC, access point, print server, or range extender. Installation and configuration of a single (1) networking adapter on the device if needed. Configure file & printer sharing for the device (file & printer sharing must be functional on the existing network). And finally, we'll test the device for proper network functionality.

Standard Wireless Network Setup includes:

• Connecting up to five (5) compatible computers.
• Physically setup and configure a Windows Home Server device including: Configure automatic backup for up to five (5) compatible computers, configure the ability for local network remote access from a single (1) computer and perform cable management to keep all wires/cables as invisible as possible.
• Setup basic file sharing on the Windows Home Server device for all computers.
• Enable and verify media sharing with one compatible device (i.e. XBox 360).
• Install and verify one (1) hard drive to the Windows Home Server device.
• Train client on how to: Access shared files from their computers, view the status of their network/computer backups and access the Windows Home Server remotely from a local computer.

The physical setup and configuration of a wireless router and any or all of the following:

• ISP Setup & Configuration (includes physical setup)
• Configure and test file and print sharing (if requested)
• Provide client with the ability to stream media to televisions, home theater equipment, etc.
• Fully configure and enable network enabled printers on ALL applicable devices (this includes multifunction units).
• Network troubleshooting - Includes Reconfigure & Reconnect to the Internet (if necessary)

Devices can include (but are not limited to): VoIP devices, Gaming consoles, Apple TV, Tivo, Media Center Extenders or Slingbox.

This service does NOT include any computer repair, troubleshooting, etc.

The installation of one automated backup device (i.e. Mirra, Linkstation, etc.). The install inlcudes setup up and configuring any included software that is neccessary for functionality of the device on ONE computer. We'll also test the configuration for full functionality.

We will apply various tweaks and performance boosting tricks to better your system performance of one machine. This will include the following, but not limited to: removal of un-needed software that was pre-installed on a new computer, deletion of all temp files on the system, removal of uneeded startup items in Windows and/or increasing virtual memory.

We will attempt a full data recovery attempt of any of the following storage devices:

• Internal or External hard drive (all types, all sizes)
• USB Flash drives
• Floppy disks (3.5" only)
• CD-R/RW or DVD-R/RW & +R/RW

Please note that this service is an ATTEMPT to recover data. Due to unknown underlying issues with particular hardware states, specific data recovery cannot and will not be guaranteed in any way! The charge for this service is for our attempt at level-1 data recovery on your device and can yield results of any amount of data from zero (0) bytes to the full amount of the device. No guarantee is made to the usability of the data if or when recovered. Data can be corrupted before and after this process and no attempts will be made to "fix" any recovered data.

Get a full hardware check and diagnostics of your entire system to troubleshoot a computer's performance. We also test all installed software on the device to ensure proper functionality and we can make recommendations on how to improve and/or fix any issues.

• Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.).
• Removal of all viruses and spyware on the computer.
• Application of system tweaks modifications and all operating system critical updates.
• Perform Computer Optimization.
• Test operating system for proper functionality.
• Provide an estimated cost for hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed make hardware repairs.

Install one hardware device (hard drive, optical drive, internal card, mp3 player, scanner, printer, etc.) and any included software that is necessary for functionality on one computer. Also includes configuration of the device to meet your needs and a full test to verify everything is working as intended.

NOTE: This service does not include installation of memory or the installation of an operating system on new hard drive installs.

Backup or transfer computer data to another medium (ex CD, DVD, NAS, Hard Drive, another PC, etc.) OR importing of the data into an installed program/location when performing a data transfer
NOTE: Excludes data recovery attempts for any lost/deleted data or a failing hard drive.

Installation of one (1) operating system on a properly functioning computer. The installation also includes the following:

• Installation of all drivers required for internal components of the computer to function properly
• Installation of critical updates
• Installation of any included manufacturer software originally installed on computer (3rd party applications not included)
• Full pc test to ensure software functionality and operating system stability

Installation and/or hookup of any external devices will incur a seperate charge. Original operating system discs or recovery discs must be provided by client. In situations where the original discs are not available, an original product key or serial number must be provided for installation to proceed. We cannot perform installs with copied, hand-written or emailed product keys or serial numbers.

Setup of one computer system (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers), basic wire/cable management using client provided cable ties, single application installation, single peripheral/external device installation, configure existing (and working) internet connection and single existing email account and test computer for proper functionality.

Please note this service does not include the removal or moving of an existing computer setup.

We will connect up to ten (10) compatible computers and physically setup and configure a Windows Home Server device including:

• Configure automatic backup for up to ten (10) compatible computers
• Configure the ability for local network remote access from a single (1) computer
• Perform cable management to keep all wires/cables as invisible as possible
• Setup basic file sharing on the Windows Home Server device for all computers
• Enable and verify media sharing with one compatible device (i.e. XBox 360)
• Install and verify unlimited hard drives to the Windows Home Server device
• Configure the Windows Home Server and home network for remote access from an external ISP
• Transfer unlimited amount of data to the server and verify it's integrity and accessibility
• Train client on how to:
  
  Access shared files from their computers
  
  View the status of their network/computer backups
  
  Access the Windows Home Server remotely from a local computer as well as from an external ISP

Physically setup and configure a wireless router which includes:

• All features of a standard wireless networking service
• ISP Setup & Configuration (includes physical setup)
• Network six (6) to eight (8) computers/devices
• Configure and test file and print sharing (if requested)
• Provide client with the ability to stream media to televisions, home theater equipment, etc.
• Fully configure and enable network enabled printers on ALL applicable devices (this includes multifunction units)
• Network troubleshooting - Includes Reconfigure & Reconnect to the Internet (if necessary)

Devices can include (but are not limited to): VoIP devices, Gaming consoles, Apple TV, Tivo, Media Center Extenders and Slingbox. This service does NOT include any computer repair, troubleshooting, etc. and all PCs must be in good working order and virus/spyware/malware free.

We will perform a quick fix on anything not already covered in any other service charges. This quick fix will be used for a service taking no more than 30 minutes to complete.

The installation of one (1) software title. The software can be anything from a simple downloaded installer to a multi-cd/dvd installation. Please note that this service charge is to be used only for installation of the main program requested. Additional "content" discs such as clipart catalogs, training materials, additional feature sets, plugins, etc. that may or may not have shipped with the original program installation discs will constitute additional software installation charges.

• Configure the ability for local network remote access from a single (1) computer

• Train client on how to: access shared files from their computers, view the status of their network/computer backups, access the Windows Home Server remotely from a local computer

Physically setup and configure a wireless network for one (1) computer which includes:

• ISP Setup & Configuration (includes physical setup)
• Physically connect router to ISP modem
• Update router firmware
• Change SSID (Network name)
• Change Administrator password (and username if possible)
• Enable wireless encryption on the wireless network (WPA is preferred, but in some cases, WEP will still need to be used)
• Verify that a single computer/device is able to connect to the network, and browse the internet.
